Heated Zero Entry Pool (open May – September)

• Enjoy Michigan’s wonderful summers poolside while sunbathing on a chaise lounge or taking a swim. Tables with chairs and umbrellas are also provided on the pool deck for your convenience.
• Pool rules and regulations are posted at the Clubhouse, dubbed the “Town Hall”, on the pool deck, and also available here.
• Pool hours are 6 am - 11 pm

Fitness Center

• For the active residents, the fully equipped Fitness Center, dubbed the “Health Club” within the Clubhouse offers cardio and weight training machines and free weights while you stay in shape to the tune of your own music, or while watching television. The Fitness Center is a short convenient walk or car ride away from residences.
• The Clubhouse offers separate bathrooms with showers for men and women.
• Fitness Center hours are 5am-12am.

Playground

Young residents of Village Place are able to enjoy the onsite playground for endless hours of fun as they climb, slide, and use their imagination for creative play in a safe environment. An adjacent open area is great for playing catch!

Village Place Library

From adult age appropriate books to children’s chapter books, the Village Place Library is located immediately to the right as you enter the Clubhouse. Bring your children to pick a book for a reading challenge or enjoy a cozy weekend curled up with your favorite author. Have a few books of your own tucked away in your basement? Feel free to leave them in the appropriate age group bookshelf.

Scenic Walkability

Village Place residents can enjoy peaceful walks with neighbors or with their dogs throughout the subdivision. Near the entrances, ponds with picturesque fountains and wetlands provide a “natural” feel to the community away from the busy roads. Bicyclists can also enjoy a ride along the private and quiet roads. Common areas are mowed and plowed by contract, and the ponds are treated to maintain a safe and aesthetic ecosystem.
